I started off dealing with Rachel on a warranty issue, paid $70 for a technician to pull in my driveway look at the unit without even getting in to the area that was the problem. He asked me if I wanted him to bypass the problem or to fix it, I said I would like it fixed. Later that day Rachel emailed me letting me know she was ordering the part. The labor was $185 an hour, which I balked at due to every other HVAC company in town charges $60 an hour. My commercial AC repair guy that does heavy commercial work charges $75 an hour. I explained to Rachel I would use her more, that I own multiple homes, if they wasn't trying to retire off of one guy in a joking sort of manner. After I told her to go ahead and order the part.
