Thank you Airtexno for sending out a technician quickly to assist with diagnosing the heating issue with our electric dryer. Andrei arrived within the time window provided and was very respectful and courteous of our time. Andrei was very thourough with assessing every detail of the dryer from the sensors, the heating element, to the lint trap. Ultimately the repair would have been more than we anticipated it would be. We were happy to pay the $75.00 to have ya'll come out and take a look at it before we decided to invest in a new dryer as the dryer was quite old and eventually heading to the scrap metal appliance cemetery 😊 It was truly a pleasure to meet Andrei and receive such wonderful customer service. We will definitely call on you again and will refer friends and family to Airt

We had Sunny, from Airtexno come to our house today to look at our clothes washer. Sunny was very friendly and very thorough in diagnosing our washer.
