Vinyl Concepts finished our new patio cover last month. We are thrilled with the results. It was done in three sections to fit our custom patio slab. Our sales rep, Fred, helped guide us with the initial rough measurements and suggestions. Carlos followed up with some minor changes and accurate measurements. He was back at the beginning of installation to layout the project for the installers. He also stopped by occasionally to check the progress. Vlad and Marcos handled the installation. They seemed to make a good team. They worked tirelessly with a definite concern for quality and looks. They worked neatly and Vlad was always ready to answer any questions. They cleaned the area thoroughly each day before leaving. They are a pleasure. I highly recommend this company.

We really needed to replace our patio cover that was falling apart. Our friend had recommended Vinyl Concepts. They made the whole process very smooth and were very transparent. We wanted to make a few changes and easily met with the design person a few times to finalize the details. The workers were always on time and cleaned up everyday. They did a fabulous job!
