Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning

Today is February 23. It’s cold and windy outside. I found that in the morning, the heat had not come up to my desired temperature. So I called AirTron. At first, I was worried that they wouldn’t have a tech available for today. But after a couple of calls, they dispatched Luis. He was here about three weeks ago to make some adjustments on my unit. I was lucky to get him back, he remembered all the ins and outs of my heating system. He was here for about 30 minutes, knew exactly what to look for, fixed it, and then went on his way. LOUISE was polite, efficient, and effective in addressing my heating needs. Easily five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My HVAC unit stop working all the sudden and I called Airtron Nashville and they came out fixed. Thomas the tech was very knowledgeable, he listened to our concerns about our older system. Great customer service.

Only using them because evidently they are who Pulte contracted out to handle HVAC warranty. A few weeks ago my heat went out and they sent someone out to fix it. The guy "rewired the board" and put "jumpers" on it and it did in fact fix the heat. After reviewing it with a family friend who works in the industry he confirmed what he did was just a band aid. Low and behold he was right, because as TN weather got hotter just the next week my AC (that worked fine prior to his "repair") now does not work. I have been trying to get AirTron out to fix it for weeks now but they said they're too book. We have a baby and our house is sitting at close to 80 degrees each day. They have shown no effort to try to get us in sooner (despite multiple phone calls) after their repair man put us in this situ

I called to schedule an appointment for one of my units in a new build. The appointment was scheduled for 2 weeks out which I thought was odd, but understood that I was probably lower priority since the unit was still operable. Fast forward to the day of the service. The estimated window was 12 - 5 PM. I receive a call at 9 PM saying that the service tech was still a couple hours out due to an earlier job lasting too long. I requested that they just fit me in first thing in the morning to which the scheduler replied that I would need to cancel and completely reschedule the appointment. When pressed for escalation, the scheduler said that he was the only point of escalation. So I'm sitting here waiting until nearly midnight for the poor tech to show up. Customer service is garbage. This company is a joke. They have been here twice in two months due to a total system failure. This second time we have been without heat for going on three days because they needed to order a part. We have a 10 month old and pets to try and keep warm. When asked what we can do in the meantime they said try and stay warm. It's going to be below 10 degrees multiple days this week and we haven't heard anything from them. Update: we had a second total system failure in November and now have no cooling less than a month later. Anytime you call the "emergency" number they can't help you. This system has truly been a nightmare. We called another company to come look at it and they said the unit was installed incorrectly and that they keep putting temporary fixes on it.
