Airways Parking

I had an excellent experience with Aorways Parking! The entire process was incredibly convenient from start to finish. The staff was super friendly and professional, which made traveling so much less stressful. Our car was safe and secure the whole time we were away, and the pickup service was amazing — they arrived at the airport less than 5 minutes after we called. That kind of quick service really makes a difference after a long trip. I will absolutely be using them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable airport parking! Will use again! I rarely fly out of Midway and this parking was recommended to me. I loved how close it was to the airport. When I got back from my trip to pay I was short $10 so I asked if they would let me pay $50 rather than $60. The manager came out and with no hesitation allowed me to pay the $50. I was very gracious. If I ever fly out of midway again, I will be parking here and recommend it to others.

Your shuttle bus driver picking up people at 10:55 pm at midway was very aggressive just because we asked him nicely if he was the shuttle pick up for the lot we were going to. He probably should not be driving a shuttle if he can’t handle someone asking a question and has so much aggression.

I loved the convenience of location to Midway Airport. However yesterday, due to no fault of my own, my flight was cancelled. After SW delayed our flight to NY 3 times, they finally cancelled our flight at 4:50. The rebooking to leave Sunday did not work for us, neither could we find another flight. There was another wait to retrieve our luggage. I explained to Airways, yet we were still charged a $22 fee for the day, after having our truck parked about 5 hours. I feel we should have been prorated, what happened was beyond our control.

I’m a long time customer. More than 10 years and based on my previous travel, was probably in their top 10 most parked customers. Came back today to a fresh gash in my tire and my front tire nearly empty. When I brought this to the manager attention, I couldn’t even get a sentence out without him interfering me a s trying to shift blame. He kept on talking and was rude. The other employees all of which who knows me were shaking their heads in disbelief. Just simply rude and not accommodating and since he’s ownership, they couldn’t say much. If the other nephew of the owner was there, I wouldn’t had have this issue. I’ll never park there again and the same people I referred are about to knock these ratings down where they belong. Until.
