We had an excellent experience with AirWorks. They installed our new AC and furnace, and the entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress‑free. Marshall provided outstanding customer service — friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of our office space. Everything was explained clearly, and the quality of the work shows. Highly recommend this company for anyone needing heating or cooling services.

We had our unit inspected for a water leak and maintenance. The office was very nice and easy to schedule for maintenance the next day. The technician, Logan, was pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and fast. I would highly recommend Air Works for any HVAC problems.

Bill has always been honest with us and gone above and beyond. Just the best- incredibly knowledgeable and he and his team have kept us warm and cool for many years.

Logan has been awesome he’s been out twice and most recently fixed my furnace in less than 24 including a necessary part order. Highly recommend! Prompt, communicative, and fairly priced.

Five stars for these guys today. Actually, I should give them 25 stars since there’s been at least five times over 20 years they have helped me when I needed it the most. Today it was getting my AC going during the hottest stretch we’ve had in quite a while. Other times they’ve come out in the dead of winter, sometimes even on holidays and nights to get my heater going. I called Central first this time because they installed my AC on a Costco deal. They said they couldn’t get out till end of next week. 8 days!!! They were quite short and hardly a “I’m sorry.” When I called AirWorks the owner Bill called back and troubleshooted it with me a little bit, narrowed the problem down and then sent a technician out who fixed my problem same day! These guys are the best. RB
