I had great service from Robert, he showed up ASAP. He followed up. He was Excellent at communicating everything.He gave me options and explained everything thoroughly. Give me time to make my final decision with no pressure. He followed up after the sale and installation.

Jason came to our house to service our heater and air conditioner. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. After he finished, he brought up some concerns in regard to our air conditioning unit. Given the age of our unit he suggested that we take a look at pricing for other units. He further told us that McCrorie also offers special financing as air conditioner units can be expensive. He lastly stated that our heater was still working correctly. Jason was meticulous and cleaned up the area afterwards. Jason should be recognized for his outstanding customer service. Thanks again McCrorie!
