Riverside Garage Doors

So this review is a few years overdue… Any of you building a house… will understand how time gets away from you and how long it takes. We had Riverside Garage Doors put a new garage door on an existing outbuilding we had on the property and the upgrade is amazing. From start to finish the professionalism, quality of their work, quality of their technicians… was above and beyond. And being it has been several years, I can tell you the garage doors have made it through several Montana winters and they still look and work as if they’re brand new. I would definitely use them again and recommend them without hesitation.

Experienced a garage door emergency on a Sunday morning. Really. The opening system actually broke and the mounting brackets holding the springs came off the wall. Bolts were lying in the floor and brackets were bent under the pressure. Our cars were completely trapped in the garage and we were unable to even manually open the door because of the displaced brackets. The on call technician, Dan, answered my call and was at our home in 45 minutes. He was fantastic. He addressed the problem and was able to reattach the mounting brackets successfully. This allowed us to manually open the door so we could at least have use of our automobiles. The cable came off one of the wheel tracks of my garage door. I was able to get it back on, but it obviously needed adjustment. I called Riverside and they quickly scheduled a service call. Devon came out at the exact time scheduled. He was professional and polite. He quickly diagnosed the problem and made the necessary adjustments. He also adjusted the spring tension and lubed the moving parts. He told me to call if there were any issues, as the work was warranted for a full year. Everything is working great. In a town this size, its vital to have a trustworthy and valuable service and given the size of on-going construction, I really appreciate how quick they were able to complete the installation. And then you have the cost. Three years ago I didn't know about Riverside, so I contacted another company. The amount I paid Riverside today, was actually less than the job three years ago. My garage door motor had burned out. I considered buying the unit online and doing the job myself. I'm so glad I didn't.
