TLDR: If you want someone trustworthy, informative, and resourceful, give Gerald a call. He’ll give it to you straight without any kind of bull when it’s time to fix or replace your AC system. We first reached out to AirZona about a year ago, last June, when our AC unit stopped working. I spoke to Gerald and he was able to get someone out to take a look at it the very next day and was able to fix the problem by the end of the week. Things worked great but our system was like 11 years old so we knew we had to replace it soon anyway. They gave us a rough estimate and some tips on when the best time to get a new one installed was. Gerald was not only professional and patient with all of my questions, he was refreshingly honest. He got some info from me and was able to give me an estimate and finance options over the phone.
