Aiso Parking Garage

The parking garage is at a very convenient location and fairly safe. I’ve visited little Tokyo and parked here many times without issues. However, last time I had an unpleasant experience. I had gotten to the parking garage around 10 am which was great because online and at the actual lot the hours say the parking opens at 9am. But when I left the security guard claimed the lot was actually “closed” when I had gotten there earlier? And next time if it happened I’d have to pay extra? Seems like the security guard wasn’t at his post like he was supposed to be. He didn’t even charge my card for the time I was there lmao. Also the ticket machine is still broken so just be aware of all this if you plan to park here. Seems better to just Uber here to be safe.

$5 dollar additional charge if you park after 5 pm. It cost $6 to park for an hour.

My go-to spot for reasonable prices for little tokyo parking. $5 for 3 hours. Sad to see the top area fenced off now probably due to homeless shelters being built there. The under parking lot at least feels safe usually. EDIT: they're about to raise the prices in 2026. See new photo

Aiso Parking Garage has no clear rates, it says $1 dollar per hour for the first 2 hours. But if you access after 5:00pm they charge you 5 dollars plus $1 hour for hour. They have some EV chargers, not well maintenance but you can use them.

The rate states a flat rate of $3 after 5pm, but you have to re-enter if you parked before 5pm otherwise $1.50 each 15 minutes after the 3rd hour. You'll end up at a maximum daily rate of $14 if you parked over 3 hrs. I parked there on 11/10/2025, the payment machines they used to have were removed, and the cashier didn't even speak but pointed out the sign regarding my question. He didn't even tell me the price either. My friend, who also parked there, told me that the cashier was rude and he charged $14... That's how I found out the price i got changed.
