This was one of the worst customer experience I have ever experienced , the tech was rude , on his phone during the whole time , gave us as estimate repair of $ 340 for a 699 washer we we accepted , he made the repair and on the very first wash the machine acted up , we called him back , he now found another problem for another $306 repair which we turned down . rude tech , rude manager as well , do not use these people you will be very disappointed If you want to make thing right , you should reimburse me for the service call the amount of $340 since the repair your tech made was useless. I will be waiting for your call … probably will never come but this would be the right thing to do if your are a professional company ,

Mike was very helpful and went above and beyond for our microwave repair. Even though the repair was happening during the holidays he stayed in the shop after hours to get the work done calling me with updates several times (including the Friday night before New Years) after 8pm to ensure I stayed up to date.

Andre diagnosed and fixed our broken JennAir oven after we moved into our new home. While it was expensive (>$800) to repair the broiler and install some safety valves as it had been fitted incorrectly for propane, Andre was so nice, informative, and helpful, explaining everything in detail. I'm so glad he was our service rep and hope to work with him again if we ever have any appliance issues in the future!

I have used Action for years for appliance repair and parts. It's only two guys so you always get someone who is knowledgeable and experienced. They are friendly, courteous and helpful. They diagnose properly and repair promptly, although sometimes they have to order the part and return. The billing is fair and honest. I recommend them.

I had him replace the belt on a dryer that I would have done myself if I had more time. Dryer worked, fine. I found out later that the dryer door was misaligned when I attempted to dry some clothes. Checked hours later, assuming clothes were long done. The dryer had stopped operating because door had opened. I will fix that myself when I have the time, should be easy which is why it's annoying that he just left it that way, KNOWING it was mis-aligned. It would have taken him 10 minutes at most to adjust it, he left it like that for me to find. Seems minor, but think about it. I'll add a photo.
