Working with A.J. Rose was easy and efficient. We went into the store, took a carpet sample home, returned it the next week and placed our order. The following week we had someone measure and a few weeks later they were here to install. There was great communication at every step and the final product is super.

I’m really pleased with my new luxury vinyl floors from A.J. Rose Carpets & Flooring. The sales and installation team (Andrew and Mitch) from the Natick showroom were patient while I took a few months to decide on the LVP brand to use in my home. I was allowed to take quite a few floor samples home to ensure I made the right choice, and Andrew worked with me so that I stayed on budget. I also appreciate Mitch patiently answering all my installation questions and accommodating me on the little adjustments I wanted. Highly recommend!
