I found my new plumbing store! We were pleasantly surprised to walk through the shelves of supplies and find an attractive showroom. We had two problems with an expensive bidet toilet and decided to replace it. The owner sat with us and reviewed several products and provided excellent advice. We purchased a toilet with a 'washlet' (bidet seat) for less than 1/2 the price of the toilet we replaced. We also purchased a second toilet to replace an older one in our house. The staff notified us as soon as the toilets arrived. He also gave us 3 recommendations for local plumbers. The staff were very knowledgeable, patient, and took all the time we needed--we couldn't be happier.

Wonderful business. A&J supply really is where the pros buy. All of the plumbers I know have only good things to say about the store. I myself am not much of a plumber so going there and being able to seek assistance is really wonderful.

Our hot water gave up the ghost, and since I drive by everyday I thought I'd give them a call about a new one. I spoke to Karina (sp) who couldn't be nicer, she put me on the phone with Mike. Mike answered all my questions and gave me the information I needed. Poof, I have a new hot water heater that will be installed tomorrow. Both Mike and Karina are truly customer oriented, knowledgeable, and kind. Both are an asset to A & J. We'll be back, again and again with customer service like I received today. Thank You!

After a horrible customer-service experience and being "shown the door" at flashy Ferguson Plumbing, I found A&J Supply on-line and with trepidation, decided to give them a try. I was attempting to refurbish a vintage plumbing fixture which needed a number of replacement parts and fittings. Within minutes, the two owners, Aaron and Mike, applied their expertise to determine what was required and quickly got me on my way with everything I needed. It was not a completely straight-forward situation but these guys know their stuff and how to combine parts and solve plumbing puzzles. They were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable from the moment I walked in the door to completion of the transaction. I cannot rate their knowledge and customer care or recommend this business more highly.
