From Eric and John all the way back to dealing with there father Jack and uncle Art and others that were a part of the company,, these men back then and all the way to the present continue to be stand up business owners and people of integrity! A rare find!! Ajacks claim to fame or Nich'e has always been and continues to be there personal touch with taking care of customers and clients.. I had been a satisfied customer of AJack Flooring since the 1990s. So when I decided to install Bruce flooring in my bedroom to match the hardwood floor throughout my first floor, I purchased the product from Ajack. In brief, I obtained the brand and style of the material from my builder design sheet. The document provided the specifications needed to select the right product. The hardwood on my first floor was installed by the builder in 2013. Within 6 months, the newly installed hardwood in my bedroom started to splinter in various locations. First time I have bought sheet vinyl, but did a bit of shopping to get to the final product. At A'Jack I found a great selection and a wide price range. Ordered one day and picked up the next. What really impressed me was the staff I dealt with. Very helpful without a hard sell. Knowledgeable and very friendly. I really enjoyed the experience.

We needed new flooring for two bathrooms in our condo home. After wasting time at two other showrooms, we visited A-Jack and met with Eric. He did not push us in any direction, answered all of our questions and really knew his product line. He recommended two installers and it all worked out perfectly. We will use them again and highly recommend them. Great customer service !!
