Since the day we closed on our home, AJ has serviced, repaired, and now replaced our HVAC system. Whenever there was an issue—even while he was on vacation—he made sure we were in good hands. Had new furnace installed today by AJM HVAC. The owner AJ was great to work with throughout the process The guys (George, Connor & Chase) were professional and friendly. AJM just replaced our furnace, humidifier, and installed a smart thermostat. It was a great experience! AJ initially came out to fix our furnace when it stopped working. Turned out a safety switch just had to be flipped back. But it’s a 30+ year old system and we decided it was time to replace it. AJ really took his time explaining our options beforehand and never tried to upsell us. The price we paid was very reasonable! It was clear he cares about his customers and only hires people he trusts to do a good job. We will definitely be using AJM for our future HVAC needs and I would highly recommend them if you want someone trustworthy who will do the job right!
