AMAZING REMODELING

We rarely write reviews but our experience with hiring Amazing Remodeling warrants the highest of ratings. Our extensive project (roof and siding replacements, downspouts, gutters, gutter guards) on a large home was well executed by owner Johnny and his team. We researched costs and information that should be included in roof and siding estimates and then obtained estimates from six local contractors. Amazing Remodeling’s estimate was, by far, the most comprehensive, including detailed labor and material pricing along with photos of items that needed attention. It was so thorough that we used it as the benchmark for comparing the others. Johnny’s estimate made clear that he listened to and understood our needs. Johnny came right out. Gave a fair and reasonable estimate in a very professional email and package. His guy David did the gutters and was awesome. They were right on time, clean, no scaps, or nails or screws anywhere. Very professional and we are extremely happy they way they came out and his suggestions with the repositioning of the downspouts. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a local contractor, roofer and or gutter professional.

I had a great experience using Amazing Remodeling for a complete roof replacement after storm damage (hail) - I'd highly recommend to anyone needed roof work done. Our roofer, Johnny, made sure we were informed and comfortable throughout the process. He understood our design intentions and was able to advise when decisions came up - without being pushy. He was also critical in helping facilitate our insurance claim - speaking directly with the adjusters and insurance agency.
