We needed a full roof replacement due to storm damage and although dealing with homeowners insurance was a long and daunting process, Chris and the Prime Home Improvements team were there every step of the way to guide us through it all. Our roof was replaced today and I must say it looks amazing, their crew was very efficient and ran like a finely tuned machine. They took great care not to damage anything and you could barely tell they were here once they cleaned up and left. I give them a 10 out of 10 and would recommend their company to anyone looking for a new roof. Thank you for your great work!!

Thadd and team does a thorough job from start to finish. Communication was clear and precise. After replacing the roof of our house we observed that whenever it rains heavily the water was seeping between gutter and roof. We reported the issue and Thadd took care of it without any follow up on our side.

Thadd was professional from start to finish helping us redo our roof on both our house and garage. He coordinated with our insurance company and an adjuster to get the job done. I was impressed that on the day of install he was on time bright and early to prep and make sure his team was hydrating in the heat, fed and safe. He communicated everything we needed to know to us and was also kind to our curious kids! The roofs look great and we highly recommend Prime Home Improvements.

Chris was great with the initial engagement and follow up from Thad. They were always in communication which let’s be honest isn’t a strong point with most contractors but this a fundamentally different experience! Only regret was not contacting them earlier

We had our roof replaced by prime home improvements. We worked mostly with Chris and Tyler. They were great and very knowledgeable. They were very quick with the actual replacement of the roof. It was done in one day! We recently had an issue with wasps in our attic and Chris came out and checked the roof to make sure there was no hole or gap in the roof that could have been where they came in from. Great customer service.
