I can’t say enough good things about Akel’s Carpet. 10/10! The company and their product are top notch. My salesman, Jason Fulton, could not have been more conscientious and helpful. From the first time I walked in the store “just browsing” to the moment I picked up the last of my materials, I could have asked for better customer service. Jason especially has gone above and beyond expectations. He worked hard get and keep my business. If you want excellent material and professionalism, and want to be treated fairly, go see Jason at Akel’s in Maumelle! I can’t wait to get everything installed ands post pics!!

I can only rate 1 due to the installer they sent to my home. I just had our fireplace tiled. Everyone at the store were very nice and the saleslady did a great job on following up. But the cuts on the tile surrounding the fireplace and on the floor do not match. He did not start in center. We have to have it all redone to be perfect or just put up with it. We plan on just putting up with it but not happy at all with the work done. Kind of sloppy and sorry job of cleaning up.I will try to post pictures of the left sides and the right sides. ☹️Be nice if the owner would refund my $700+labor cost. They also put small scratches on my real wood floors and something they did caused a spot on the floor that dulled the finish of the wood. I could not recommend this place at all

They are helpful and patient and have better quality products from full body porcelains to realistic rustic vinyl. William Feingold is very easy to work with and quite helpful. Also, they respect the military and offer a military discount which I always appreciate. We have never had them install for us as my husband and I do the work together which cuts costs greatly. If you have never installed a floor, YouTube it and you are good to go..well worth the time and effort. I have ordered several hundreds of feet worth of products and will continue to do business with this place in the future for over a thousand more sq ft. I can’t say enough great things about Akel’s! I was in a bit of a time crunch and needed new carpet picked out and installed quickly—and they absolutely came through. Before you compare “quotes” with competitors, make sure you read all the fine print. Akels was best price especially after other companies charge you moving furniture fees, or money to haul old carpet away! Their professionalism of the install was amazing and attention to detail truly stood out. I’m beyond happy with how everything turned out. Highly recommend if you’re looking for top-notch service and a company that genuinely cares about their customers.

Worked with Marianne on my very first countertop purchase. Her help on deciding on product made the process so simple. Just got the countertop installed and it’s awesome. It was the finishing touch I needed for my remodel. Installers were very professional and nice. I would recommend to anyone.
