I want to acknowledge the excellent work that Akels did on my floors. Vincent was fantastic to work with! He was patient, responsive, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for flooring options. The two young men who installed our floors did an outstanding job—truly perfection! I am very pleased with the entire process from start to finish. I highly recommend Akels Carpet One!

From the time I walked into the store coming out to my home himself and bringing an extra sample lol he must have lots of patience special dealing with a woman and giving her different choices. until the three months it took me to decide if I was going to go with Carpet One Vincent continue to sell me customer service. Love our new carpet! Michelle helped us select the perfect carpet for our home. The Carpet Layers we so nice and professional. 2nd time using Akels and always satisfied.

Great customer service! (Particularly as compared with Carpet Barn who took days to a couple of weeks to return a call/email until I told them to forget it!) Although there was an install delay, it was a shipment issue and not an Akels issue. Best of all, the result exceeded expectations: truly plush-feeling carpet/padding after great installation. Would not hesitate to go with Akels again.
