These guys are great! They dispatched someone that came out and fixed a real issue. We received a bit for the full repair and we scheduled them to come back to complete further repairs. They were on-time, professional, completed the work in less time that was planned and they came in way under the bid price... which never happens anymore. Thank you Matlock Rooter Services for your continued service with my Daughter and her Husband.

We had them come out on a home warranty call to replace a water heater. They installed the expansion tank so close to the door that the closet would not close, kinked the hose to the emergency relief valve that goes outside, and failed to plumb the drain pan to the line outside. They also stained the carpet removing the old water heater, though it is being replaced anyway, so I'm not really upset about that. When asked to address these issues, they asked for pictures, which I sent. They then ghosted me. I have not heard from them since and it's been months. I have reminded them of the issues multiple times, but I get nothing. I would not recommend this company.

We used this company through a home insurance Agency to replace our water heater. Just got an inspection done that was unrelated, but had something checked on our water heater and found some things not to code. We then reached out This company asking them what they could do for us half expecting to get blushed off, but they were very professional and sent someone out to help us. As far as customer service goes 10 out of 10 and the gentlemen that came to update everything was very quick and had great attention to detail. We are very grateful for the respect that we were given and quickness that they addressed the problem. Would definitely use this company again just for the fact that they took care of us.

The best service ever! We had a major issue in our home and we started with another local company that turned out to be bad. We then reached out to Matlock who came right away and fixed our issue withing 5 days only due to it being Thanksgiving. The service and professionalism was fantastic. Each person we spoke with over the phone to the gentlemen that completed the work. We will forever use Matlock and tell all of our friends about them.
