I had a great experience working with Aki Development. Their team is extremely professional, responsive, and easy to work with from start to finish. Communication was clear and timely, and they were always quick to answer questions or address any concerns. It’s clear they take pride in their work and value their clients. I would absolutely recommend Aki Development to anyone looking for a reliable and professional development company.

UPDATE: There are active leaks in the garage and a growing mold problem in the basement. The elevator has not been fixed and does not display the most updated inspections from the city(they might not have any) and the seller is unresponsive to repairs needed in our personal unit from flooding due to his company’s poor drain design. There also is no management company for our building, The Candle Factory, and no regular building maintenance since we do not have a dedicated super. These photos are of active leaks and mold as of today, September 18, as well as examples of how trash piles up and the floors are left uncleaned. They helped work on my apartment. They did a nice job with everything from plumbing to tiling and made it look very nice. It was a pleasure working with them, and I will look forward to doing it in the future.

I for one am Left speechless at the work I had done to my home, I bought a house but this company turned it into my home, They communicated so well with me And gave me great ideas as the work was done and Built my dream home, definitely recommend!

They do not uphold their obligations, they do poor work and have left me with large unexpected costs due to their lack of integrity and accountability.
