Chip is by far the best. I’ve been using Akin for several years. He’s taken care of two properties I’ve lived in. From the moment he treats my home I never see bugs again. Chip is one of the most friendly man out there. His service is top notch. I move to Florida a year ago and chips service was recommended to me, I am very happy a year later with whole house prevention. I have had 3 bugs in the house ( all dead) in a year, in Florida which breeds bug :) I cant rave enough about this service, I would recommend to anyone who wants a bug free home.

Chip at Akin Pet Prevention Plus was terrific. Very helpful over the phone. He came right out and was instantly able to identify that what we had were Geckos not bats. He would not accept payment for so short a visit without any service. I will definitely call him again if I need pest control service!
