I cannot say enough great things about Akita Pet Services. They come out to my home quarterly and every single experience has been prompt, professional, and thorough from start to finish. Ryan, my service technician, is absolutely amazing. I am very intentional about who I allow into my home, especially when it comes to someone accessing every crack and crevice. Ryan has consistently made me feel completely comfortable and confident in the work being done. He takes the time to educate me on how everything is working, including my exterior bait stations for mice, and explains what he’s seeing in a way that is clear and honest. What I appreciate most is that he is not trying to upsell or push unnecessary services. He genuinely focuses on making sure I have exactly what I need, nothing more

Ryan came and made quick work of a huge wasp nest. He was very friendly and kept me apprised of everything he was going to do. He cleaned very thoroughly when he finished removing the nest. All in all, we were very happy with his service and would recommend him and your company to others.

About 8 years ago I needed an exterminator and I called Akita pest control. They did such a wonderful job at my home in Highspire, than when I moved into my home in Marysville and we had a problem I called them again. They did not disappoint. I was lucky enough to get Nick who has just started with them within the last year and good looks and personality LOL. Plus he did a bang up job. He is my exterminator for as long as I need one and as long as he's working there! Thank you Nick!
