Akon Sewer and Drain

Company is not good at all 2 people came out used 3 machines and problem got worse. Water gushing out now. Now they want to charge me 1800 to change a trap. I do not recommend this company to anyone. They prey on people to get there money.

The owner of this business is named Ian. He is genuine crook. I had a water leak in my home in which he sent a repair person to fix. They charged me $50 per 20 minutes to pump the water out of the home and claimed that the charge would be $1800. I paid it. Then to repair the broken pipe which initially caused the leak they had to go to the store 3 times to find the pipe. Finally it was repaired. I asked him for an itemized receipt with the charges of everything that was done with regards to the plumbing repair and the pumping of the water . To this day he has not provided me with a receipt. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I have learned that the hard way! On the phone they gave me an estimate of $49.95 (their advertised rate) for a standard drain snaking. The plumber showed up at 8 oclock in the evening. He looked at the clog which involved a clog in my 2nd floor bathroom in the toilet, bathtub and sink caused by 1 clog in the adjoining pipe. He immediately told us that we were looking at a cost of $250 to $300 to solve the problem. Before trying to even snake the toilet, He said he needed to remove the toilet bowl and use a long snake to snake the line all the way from the 2nd floor bathroom down to the sewer in the basement which would take a couple hours and so he said that he would not be able to do it that night and it would need to wait for the morning.
