I had an absolutely terrible experience with this company. My Home Warranty assigned Arctic Air to repair my central air system in the summer of 2017. The warranty contract clearly stated that the plenum was to be replaced (not patched) with the replacement of an evaporator coil. The actual repair work was sloppy and incomplete, and included patching the cut ductwork rather than replacing it as the Warranty contract stated (see photos for the shoddy craftsmanship). Furthermore, they billed me for $400 for this work, which should have been covered completely by the Home Warranty. When I tried to discuss the issue on the phone, I was told my A/C unit is very old and probably would not last too much longer, so it would be a waste of THEIR time/money to replace the plenum as it would need to b

We had Arctic Air out for several jobs (including 1 home owner warranty) and we were very pleased with their work. They took the time to discuss our issues over the phone even before coming out. We had a gas line moved and a new pump installed on our boiler. Excellent work as far as we are concerned.

Dealt with Arctic through Cinch home warranty. Can’t say enough good things about the professionalism and great customer service. Brendan is an awesome technician and extremely knowledgeable. I had a heat pump system that wasn’t working correctly and he very quickly discerned a couple issues and explained what was going on. The problems were resolved right then and there. I would highly recommend his services. Arctic worked with the home warranty company to ensure I had the correct parts and paid the bare minimum out of pocket. It was a seamless experience and I would recommend them to anyone.

I needed a repair to my central AC unit, serviced thru my home owner's warranty. I waited eight days for the first company to come out who LITERALLY did nothing. I asked for a NEW company and was assigned Arctic Air. They were AWESOME! They squeezed me in in ONE day. Their tech, Brendan, was as polite and knowledgeable as anyone could have been. He completed the repair, give me a few "insider tips" and left my home spotless. This company is GREAT!!! I'll be using them in the fall for my pre-season furnace tune-up. They are amazing...

Sears Home Warranty dispatched Arctic Air to check out an issue with out furnace. My tech arrived on-time and immediately put on booties so as not to track any dirt on our carpet. Very thoughtful. He was thorough, efficient, and professional. He explained the issues that he found, fixed what he could, ordered the necessary parts, and wrote-up a detailed report of his work. I will definitely use this company in the future whenever I have an HVAC issue at our home. I found them to be professional, courteous, and competent in every respect. The technician was also very patient in answering my many questions so that I understood the nature and extent of the issue, and he even offered his opinion as to the best and most economical options for improving our home heating system.
