AKVM did a great job replacing our concrete tile roof, quick and clean without surprises. AKVM got the job done in 5 days. I noticed a six inch tear in one of the overhead Lanai screen panels when they were cleaning up on Friday afternoon. I pointed out the tear to the super and 90 minutes later a guy from a screen company pulled up in the drive and the panel was replaced 30 minutes later. First class all the way. Compared to a couple of my neighbors whose jobs lasted 3 to 4 weeks, AKVM is a hero.

Given the cost of a new tile roof, we got several estimates and chose carefully. Very happy we chose AKVM—and can see why several of our neighbors are choosing them. These guys work hard and are fast. Cleaned up the worksite each day and were respectful of our property. Front office staff were responsive and the sales and close-out experience was thorough. Highly recommend!

Our experience with AKVM Roofing was very satisfying. We made the decision at the end of 2025 to replace our 20 year old shingled roof. Since my husband is a retired as a General Contractor, we had quotes from three roofers. AKVM’s price was competitive and the job was very professional from start to finish. The actual sales process was extremely fast and detailed. A phone call in the morning to Ben Faris requesting a quote led to an appointment in our home that afternoon complete with options, pricing and the estimate of timing. We quickly agreed to hire them. That was followed up with a smoothly coordinated process of scheduling, phasing of tear off, dry in, delivery and application of shingles, clean up of job site and inspections.
