⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ After a once-in-a-lifetime storm damaged our soffit, we were left waiting weeks for another company to even return our call. I came across Alex’s ad and was happy to see that he is veteran-owned. From the very first interaction, the experience was outstanding. Alex answered immediately and was able to come out the very next day. His communication, attentiveness, and quality of work were truly spectacular. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very fair with his pricing. It’s rare to find someone so responsive and dependable. I am extremely grateful for his help and will absolutely be using Alex again for any future home exterior needs. Highly recommend!

Our experience with Alex was fantastic. From our first contact to the end of the repair process, he made you feel like your satisfaction was the most important thing to him. His quotation process was easy to understand. The communication was awesome and responses to our questions, prompt. Even when the whole repair process was wrapping up, he found things he didn't quite like about some of the repairs and had the work crews correct them. We developed a total trust in him. I would be comfortable entrusting Alex with any future needs we have for our home and would HIGHLY recommend him.

Alex handled our hail claim from start to finish. His hands on approach managing the claim himself and checking up on the on going work at our home made the difference. He got insurance to cover the staining of our entire house which was no small project or cost. The roof and gutters were also replaced. Would highly recommend, he's local and he doesn't higher a bunch of seasonal salesmen for when there's a storm like the last local company we delt with.

Alex replaced our hail damaged roof shingles. He was very responsive to selecting the proper color shingles, obtaining all required necessities, working with our insurance company, and working the construction schedule around our availability. The work was completed on time and of good quality workmanship. His price was fair and coincided with our claims adjusters estimate. I would use AL-Exteriors again if the opportunity presents itself!
