Malik and his workers converted my unfinished attic to a very nice, comfortable living space. They were very professional and always available for questions. Working area was always kept clean. Compared to other contractors that I have worked with in the past, Malik and his crew showed up daily to ensure that the project was completed on time. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely be working with them on all future projects

I would highly recommend Malik and his team for any any and all home improvement jobs that I have in the future. Unfortunately it has been my experience that in the Boston area there are lots of "shady" building contractors that do half the job and then disappear. This was certainly not the case with Malik and his team. Everything from top to bottom was just as he said it would be. On top of that of the 5 estimates I got for the project Malik's came in at 15% cheaper then the next closest one. I have already recommended Malik to my neighbor and she has the same exemplary things to say about him and the work that he completed. Once again I highly recommend him for any jobs in and around the Boston area.

My wife and I hired Malik and his team for a full apartment renovation and everything he quoted me worked out exactly as he said. Always on time and quick to respond to all of my needs. I highly recommend Malik for any construction based needs that you may have. When it came to payment Malik worked a lot with me and was very flexible and accommodating which in turn really helped me out.

The people who do the work are nice, responsive, punctual, and clean. I wish I know about this company earlier. The work was done with good quality. I would highly recommend other people to pick this company for their home improvement projects.

Contacted Malik for full renovation of attic. Was very professional and reasonable. Also was always willing to go the extra mile. Would only consider this company for work on my house now 😊
