A&L Plumbing, Heating, and AC Repair

We recently had to have our furnace & A/C replaced (along with some other plumbing & electrical work) and A&L was great during the whole process. Every person (and there were many) we worked with both in person and on the phone was courteous and professional. Additionally, our initial issue with the furnace happened to leave us with no heat on one of the coldest nights of the year and A&L provided us with space heaters to make that night tolerable (and quickly got the new furnace installed the next day). I would recommend A&L to anyone and will continue to use them for any future needs.

Huge props to this company for excellent customer service, quality work, and pricing that was 20% cheaper than area comps. Brandon and Jacob were excellent. Friendly, professional, transparent, and got the job done quickly! Highly recommend. Bonus - they were so sweet to my cats.

They charge you $189 for an estimate that is over twice what all other plumbers charge. This was for a simple water filter change. They wanted 2900 and the other plumber I called wanted less than a grand. Do not call or use these them or you will be ripped off royally!

I wasn't a customer, and or gas furnace died (cracked heat exchanager), they owner and the salesperson came the next day, assessed our needs, and the next business day, our new furnace was installed. We got straight talk and fair price. We got emails and text about when they were coming. They did what they said. Lukas, the installer and his co-worker were fantastic. We called around and many companies said they dont service gasetc. We're very happy w A&L.

My experience with A&L Plumbing installing a new Air Conditioning system was excellent. Every employee--Tony who examined my house and quoted the job, Caitlin who managed the project, and Mike and Matheus who performed the installation--had fine social and technical skills and was a pleasure to work with. And Paul, the company owner, has scheduled a "Quality Assurance" visit to check that the system and service meets his standards. All decisions regarding equipment selection and installation details were discussed with me, and the system has a web interface. If anything goes wrong, A&L and I (on yet another app) will be notified immediately. A&L's price was not the lowest quote we received, but they were in the ballpark, and their pre and post job service can't be beat!
