My experience was excellent ! They were very professional and did the work timely! They answered all my questions and made sure we understood how to operate the equipment! I highly recommend this company ! Our job consisted of installation of 2 AC units that works with gas heating units! More complicated than normal AC units!

He is knowledgeable, dependable, and consistently does excellent work. The entire team makes it easy to do business Susan, Penny, and Jason are friendly, responsive, and professional from start to finish. It’s clear this company values both their employees and their customers. Always a great experience.

A company focused on it's customers best interests is rare these days. Many companies try and push products on the consumer or up-charge on products. I found Alabama Cooling and Heating to be a trustworthy company with family values. Marissa is amazing with communication and replied to every email I sent. Matthew came out and gave us the estimate to upgrade our current units and install new duct work and thermostats. In my opinion, the estimate was very reasonable. There were a couple of issues with the duct work and the thermostat after instal but Alabama Cooling and Heating was there the next day to fix the issues. We had 4 space heaters replaced recently by this company and were very pleased with the prompt, affordable service we received. The serviceman, Matthew, couldn’t have been more punctual, polite or professional. I would definitely recommend them.
