I experienced the same problem that others here mention. I booked an appointment through the GE website. It is handled with Bodewell on behalf of GE. I called to find out an ETA and the person who answered the phone said that GE books appointments without contacting them and that they are too busy. You would think that the would have called me to tell me that prior to the day that they are supposed to come out. You would also think that if they were too busy they would tell GE / Bodewell to take them off of their list so that others don’t keep experiencing these issues.

My elderly parents called and made an appointment to have their oven evaluated and hopefully repaired.. nobody ever showed up not once but twice. Neither times did anyone from the business call to cancel, we just followed up and the representative we talked to just told us that “something came up”.. Next week is Thanksgiving, this company is very inconsiderate & unprofessional. Luckily, we found a reputable company who showed up today. Do not waste your time with this company as they seem to be a scam. Happy Holidays!

Taking off work for NOTHING. - This organization is a Bodwell approved appliance repair company through GE. GE claims they accepted a job on their and when i called the company they stated that they did not accept the job and will not do it and if GE gives their name again to tell them to pick someone else. This is confusing, it almost felt like refusal to even try. The person who answered the phone did answer all my questions, but was certainly not trying to be accommodating. GE or BODWELL should REMOVE this company from their list of approved vendors. #GE #GeneralElectric

Not a real company. If your appliance company books you with DENNIS M. URNER I’d recommend cancelling. He will not show up and is careless. Report them to BBB.

We had purchased our LG refrigerator from Sears Outlet (first mistake). Within 3 months we were having issues with frost buildup and many other issues and needed a new control board. Contacted LG who gave us the runaround for 7 months. Finally we were connected with Aladdin's, who was the only company willing to follow through with service. They were professional, excellent communication leading up to the service, explained the process that needed to be done in order to file under the warranty (hopefully LG will honor). Dennis arrived at the time he quoted me and completed the work in under an hour. No mess, no fuss. Completely professional.
