Tim came out very short noticed because I am only off on Saturdays which helped me out alot and I will just say he is amazing at what he does! I have a pet and have neglected my carpet for a few years and he literally made the carpet look and smell like new! He worked with me and was very nice! You definitely get what you pay for the pricing is reasonable, I will be referring a few family members and friends and I will be calling in 6 months for myself requesting Tim. Thanks so much I love my results!! 10/10 the best carpet cleaning company & customer service is great! Also, the lady that books your appointments I believe her name is Niecy is super friendly and great to talk to!

Tim did an excellent job on my carpets!! I have 2 small dogs that like to mark! And they really needed it! I got the deodorizer, protectant, & pet treatment! I researched carpet cleaning companies a-lot and they were the best reviewed and best equipment! I like the short dry time and that they look like new!

Tim from Chem-Dry came out yesterday and did an absolutely beautiful job on my carpets. He was here for about 2 hours and got rid of spots that I didn't think would come out. Very friendly, hard-working, and efficient. I had someone else clean my carpets last year and they didn't look much different than they did before they started. I will always use Chem-Dry and highly recommend!

Very happy with the technician Travis and the overall service. Travis is just the sweetest professional. My son’s room smelled like dog pee and I had already paid someone else to clean it but the smell still lingered. The scheduling person explained in detail how their chemicals work which was much appreciated. Travis brought a light to see exactly where the pee was and targeted those areas in addition to deep cleaning both rooms with a special chemical for pet stains. The carpets look and smell like new! Ready for some grandkids! I’m so happy to have found these guys!
