Aladdin Heating & Cooling

One year old furnace stopped working on the (Sat) afternoon of 1/15 with temps in the teens. I called the original installers' 24h emergency line and left a message. After a couple of hours, I called another and left a message. By 6PM I was growing anxious that no one had called me back. I tried Aladdin and their dispatch answered immediately. They submitted my request and not 15 min later, Greg called me to tell me he'd be out in about 45 min. By 8PM my furnace was working again. The problem was not with my furnace but with my aging fuse box. Greg was still able to address the issue. Because it was outside of business hours, the cost was hefty, but I expected that from anyone and Aladdin was comparable to everyone else. $210 service fee + $270/hour labor (no parts were needed in my repa

A service technician came out to replace a thermocouple. A part that cost less then $20. The technician changed well over $100 for this part. Stay away from Aladdin heating and cooling and save yourself some money. Much cheaper options out there.

The city came out to make sure furnace passed inspection. He didn't convince me he was one??????
