Alan Bradley Roofing

Here is my experience. I found Alan Bradley to be lacking greatly in professionalism. Starting with their office person who was very slow to return calls or emails and in the end this person did not return calls, texts or emails regarding rotted out fascias boards that I wanted replaced as part of the re-roof job and that we had discussed prior to the start of the job. Next they have serious scheduling issues. They gave me a start date which I logged into my calendar. Then one week earlier than I was scheduled for, I was awakened at 5:45 AM to two men in my carport talking which was alarming. I looked out the window and saw the Alan Bradley truck. These guys did a great job replacing my roof and adding insulation. The crew was very professional and didn’t leave any mess behind.

This company is terrible, from customer service down to their professionalism. I’ve had a leak in my roof for a couple years and have been fighting over and over for them to come fix it (it started growing mold). They never return calls and they like to blame other trades for their own lack of repairs. I’d fix it myself if it didn’t void the warranty. I’ve exposed the leak in my ceiling and yet they still refuse to come out. It’s been raining in my room for years!! Do not recommend using this company.

I was very disappointed with both the customer service and repair. I had (and still have) a leak around the HVAC unit on my roof. I contacted Alan Bradley Roofing and explained the problem to the estimator. He did not look in the attic to investigate the leak and he assumed that he knew what the problem was. About a week later, the company sent me a statement, which I signed and returned to them. I did not hear back from the company for a week. I followed up with an e-mail asking what happened to the estimate. I was told that they received it and I had been put on the schedule for July 2013. During a rainstorm over Thanksgiving, my roof leaked in the same place. I attempted to contact Alan Bradley Roofing numerous times by phone and by e-mail, but they never returned my messages. I

September 12, 2017 After 23 years, we recently had our roof completely refurbished by Alan Bradley Roofing. Alan was very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and took the time to answer our questions. The old roof was removed, the damaged plywood replaced and new fiber glass roofing was re-applied. The work was done in a timely manner, the workers were punctual and the job site was kept clean daily. A painter that later bid on the exterior painting of our house commented that the roof was a “first class job” and should last many years. We highly recommend Alan Bradley Roofing, a company that deserves this recommendation!!!
