We moved into a new commercial building about 5 minutes down the street from this company's office. We are now subject to the county's backflow testing program. This company's name is on the county's approved list so we reached out to them about getting our backflow valve inspected. They sent over paperwork, we filled it out & they lead us to believe everything was good to go. Well they just emailed us to tell us that they are too busy & are not interested in taking on our job. They are approved by the county, yet they are not willing to do the work. If they mentioned this when we first spoke 3 days ago I would not have wasted my time with them. Learn from my mistake & DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME CALLING THEM!
