I'd give zero if it were an option. Years ago this company really did good work for me but last year I called them out for regular service (no issues) they missed the appointment and didn't answer any of my calls till hours later. The tech apologized and offered to do the service for free 3 weeks later ( a little annoying but hey free) when they came out the tech made my wife feel very uncomfortable and was pretty rude. He said the system looked great and left after checking it out. The very next day the system stopped blowing cold air. When we called them to do an emergency call they couldn't fit us in but we called another company and they said it was iced up from low refrigerant. My AC unit quit late Saturday night. I began making calls first thing Sunday morning. The first place I called said they could not take on any new customers due to the high volume of service calls. I then called Alan’s Air and was told a technician could be here after 11:00am. He showed up at 10:00am. He checked out the unit, which was 21 years old, and I determined that it would be a waste of money to pursue repairs and we decided on a new unit. Due to how hot July has been they were booked up for installations, but they had a cancellation on Wednesday, and they squeezed me in. By Wednesday afternoon my house was cool again.
