I'd rate 6/5 stars if I could. Dane was fast, efficient, and gave an extremely detailed report of the home inspection with integrated photos for reference. His easy to navigate report broke down items into sensible categories, and came with remediation suggestions. I would recommend Dane for any and all future inspection needs.

Preston was great to work with- friendly, efficient and detailed, thorough, and put me at ease as a first time home buyer. He explained a lot as he went, helped educate me at what we were looking at and why, and helped me understand the severity or importance of any issues found. It was a pleasure to work with him and definitely will use his services again if I have the opportunity.

Alaska professional inspection did a phenomenal job. He was on time, honest, and very pleasant to work with. I feel i learned alot being there for the inspection. I was given very thorough explanations of each an every thing that was notated. The price was a great value for the amount of time and effort put into the inspection. 5 stars, I highly recommend them!
