This area of our brand new home goes down as we walk on it and other parts of our new home. Our whole upstairs squeaks like It’s 100 years old as well. Builder doesn’t reply back to messages and doesn’t respond to emails. He doesn’t call back after leaving voicemails. His name is Peter Fendich!

First, the company post photos of a house they're building, I bought it in Early construction and once finished, it was nothing like the advertised photos. I've had water damage, crawlspace flood, windows crack, bathrooms freeze all within the first year of being built. To get the company to complete warranty work is damn near impossible. (Multiple unfinished claims) Peter , the builder, does not respond to calls or messages. I would avoid purchasing from this company at all cost!! The homes they build definitely are not worth the headache. Getting ahold or the IRS is 100 times earlier to do and deal with than this company! Again, Avoid At ALL Cost!!! Or suffer in regret!
