100% would recommend! We bought an old home and Ion refinished the wood floors (original maple, had not been refinished in 64 years). It looks like a new house! Completely transformative! He's a perfectionist and we took his advice on the stain. (I wanted lighter but he suggested a slightly darker honey that would bring out the warmth in our cabinets). He was 100% right. We couldn't be happier with the results. Moreover, we had to remove the existing fireplace, so there was a large area without wood that we needed to patch. We also had him fill in the old forced air vents since we have baseboard heating as well as add a bullnose around the spiral staircase.
