What a great place to purchase a carpet. Over 30 years of experience and it showed! My wife and I stopped in to get a carpet stair runner and were helped as soon as we walked in. We were very impressed with the quality of the carpet for the price and once we picked one we got a price quote and we purchased the carpet runner. We were not pushed to use their service to install it u like 3 other places we went to before - matter of fact the owner lended me carpet tools and a stapler so I could do it myself free of charge!? After a quick crash course on how to do install it we are proud owners of a new stair runner thanks to carpet warehouse! Best prices and assistance around the capital region!

Highly recommend going with Albany Carpet Warehouse for any flooring needs! We had to replace our kitchen floor due to minor flooding. Since we have an open floor plan, it resulted in us having to replace the floor of the foyer, kitchen, dining room and living room. The prices for the floor and install were VERY reasonable. Al and his team of installers were PHENOMENAL! They had the old floor ripped out and the new floor installed within two days. They went above and beyond with covering surface with plastic to limit the dust. Great experience purchasing a stair runner from Albany Carpet Warehouse. No pressure to purchase. Everyone was very helpful and patient as a runner style was decided upon. Once I told them I was doing the install the owner volunteered to lend install tools, which made install much easier.

Cannot recommend Albany Carpet Warehouse enough! We visited looking for an area rug and were amazed by all of the available choices. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Turnaround time on picking up our rug was quicker than anticipated. You cannot beat the prices that you find here, and you receive great quality products. We will be returning here for any other rugs or carpeting we may need in the future!

They said it happens all the time and even showed us pictures of their own pups—it’s obvious they genuinely care about their customers! They spent time looking through multiple options and even checked out back to see if they had any matching remnants. Once we decided on the best fit, they placed the order right away.
