Zack was great! Had a tenant that was locked out due to an engaged deadbolt and Zack was able to resolve the issue promptly (within 30 minutes of me calling for help)! Would definitely use services again if I ever ran into another situation like this! Highly, Highly recommend!

This guys is a rip off be very careful of A guy by the name of Zack ⚠️⚠️ He over priced me for a car lockout out and damaged my car while doing it. I needed a key programming not long afterwards but called A totally different locksmith’s number in the area that has done work for me in the past, somehow this same guy Zack shows up and Tried to overpriced me for a key programming Ended up not being able To do the job for some reason wouldn’t recommend this company at all

Zarak was right on time (15-20mins) as promised & he was able to quickly get me back into my house. Zarak was polite and extremely easy to work with, he only accepts cash / cash app which was not a problem. I was grateful I had my phone when I got locked out to be able to quickly google a locksmith, it was worth the price considering the emergency situation. Thank you Zarak!!!

Called albany emergency locksmith at noon on a Sunday. Zack answered, I told him I lost my keys to my car. He told me he can be there in a hour and I'm in columbia county. Showed up on time and texted me half way here to tell me. He was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. He cut me 2 keys and sent me on my way. What a great company. 5 stars Zack
