We contacted 4 businesses for outside steps. The 1 business stated they did not do precast & recommended Monocrete for precast. Of the remaining 3 businesses- Monocrete was definitely the most responsive, informative & knowledgeable. Their price was also reasonable. Jeremy looked at the site, & listened to my thoughts & concerns. He knew exactly what we needed & how the steps would fit. He recommended a 24" landing & it is the best thing we did. The steps are also aggregate & brush swept so they are a lot nicer than regular precast steps.

Glad I called Eric. He responded quickly to my inquiry for an estimate. Came out, took measurements and gave me a price quote on the spot. When I was ready for the steps, he and his crew showed up at the agreed time and installed my precast steps and leveled them. The steps look beautiful and have definitely kicked up my curb appeal. What blew me away was that when they were done Eric said he would send me a bill. I mean, who does that anymore? When the bill came, it was for the price he quoted. No added costs or tax. Eric's word is his bond... And that goes a long way with me.

As a landlord / rehabber I need steps every few years for some project. THese guys were responsive, did good work, fair price. I used to use Unit Step in Guilderland and that went real bad. Their steps were failing in 8 years. I had to replace 8 year old steps with new ones from Monocrete.
