Albany Lock and Safe Co.

I called this locksmith at 3:28 pm today and was told it would be about an hour before he could arrive to unlock my new house. At one and one-half hours, still no show, only voicemail which he did not return. After over two hours waiting in a car in front of my new house, I could only get a voicemail, and, at this time, I cancelled the order. I called Security locksmith, and he arrived in ten minutes. I was charged $20 less than I was quoted by Albany Lock and Safe Co. I am VERY DISSATISFIED with Albany Lock and Safe. The owner should have at least called be to let me know his status. That is POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE! I will NEVER call Albany Lock and Safe Co. again!!!!! I've been doing business with David for as long as I can remember. He is always super helpful and the service is quick and complete! I've never had to get a key redone after he cuts them. Can't say that for other places in Albany. Highly recommend!

The phone number pops up as the Albany Lock & safe but I am guessing they don't want business because I've gotten 2 different answers as to what business this is and not once has it been the lock & safe it claims to be....poor customer service at best or does Google need to be updated? SMH
