They were very helpful in the yard. Purchased 24 chimney blocks. Overestimated by 3. Although clearly stated on the receipt that block and cement products are not returnable, it is an onerous policy. I am an hour away and the last thing I wanted to do was drive back I the middle of a build if I was a block short. I can understand not accepting returns on smaller block and brick materials, however large items like chimney black should be returnable.

I needed some blocks to replace some broken ones in a wall. I called and emailed asking if they had any that matched what I needed. Staff were attentive, quick to respond, and professional. They had to search but luckily found some leftover from an old batch. Even though my order ($30) was likely insignificant compared to other orders, I was treated with the courtesy and professionalism I would expect to see for much bigger clients. I was impressed and pleased!

These guys are awesome! They had the exact oversize bricks I needed and saved me the costly expense of special ordering them from another company. Their business is well organized and professional. Highly recommend!

Honestly the people here are great. Very knowledgeable and most have had hands on experience with the products they sell. They won’t sell you something and hope it works. They are knowledgeable and will share there honest opinion and have earned my business
