I know that a lot of people will only post bad experiences on reviews. So I would like to add a good one for this company. Our furnace quit working over the weekend. Monday a crew from Jc Heating and Cooling came to look at it. It was determined the furnace was a dinosaur and needed to be replaced. Tuesday another crew came to install it. There seemed to be a problem, so the owner, Jose came to check it out. He found that our thermostat wasn't communicating with the furnace. He moved the location of the thermostat and rewired it. He explained everything he was doing and why. I had mentioned the thermostat was in a bad place and agreed. The thermostat still wouldn't communicate. So he put a new one in. The door in front of the furnace needed an additional vent for circulation so he cut the

My experience with Jose was amazing, he installed two new ac unit and furnances, there was one bump in what i was getting, but he made sure to make it right and made sure I was happy, his prices were amazing, and his staff was very friendly and respectful when I had question, even gave my a upgrade with wifi thermostat. I would highly recommend Jose and his company. Not sure why there was bad reviews. But for any needs I will be going with this company
