I had a problem with my furnace pilot igniting but then the unit was immediately shutting down. The unit is 19 years old. I called Alcap because they were highly recommended on the HVAC manufacturers website. Alcap came out the same day I contacted them. Their representative was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. He did a thorough inspection of the unit and showed me exactly what was wrong. He did not overcharge me or try to convince me of anything that I couldn’t afford. I will definitely call them for HVAC service in the future.
Have used them anytime have had issues with my A/C and Heating issues, Anytime I need anything done they are the first I call.
Absolutely top notch service. Excellent prices & service. So thankful someone recommended them.
