We recommend Alco Air very highly. They are a professional company that cares about their customers. We used them for several plumbing issues. They were prompt and prices reasonable. Kenneth was very courteous and explained the charges before he started the work. Thank you Alco.

Danny from Alco came out yesterday to perform our semi annual HVAC maintenance. He did a great job! He is courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He found a few items we need to address over the next few months to prepare for this summer’s heat. He carefully explained what repairs need to be done showed us where these problems existed. He also gave us a couple of options for moving forward. The estimates were thoroughly explained. We feel more than comfortable with his recommendations.

The last three times I got an ALCO estimate to do work, I got a second opinion. EVERY TIME, the second opinion I got told me the problem was much less $$$ than what ALCO recommended. I went with the second opinion (different companies) every time. TOTAL SAVINGS BY NOT GOING WITH ALCO: $14,000. It seems that ever since this company's merger or acquisition with McWilliams went through, along with a name-change, -- and then they changed their name back to ALCO again -- they give super-expensive estimates. The final straw for me came after ALCO serviced our AC. Shortly after, all the coolant drained out of the unit. I called someone else, and the new guy showed me that a bottle cap had been used to plug up the AC unit. So I called ALCO -- and it took them 3 weeks to get back with me -- and th
