Spent close to $12,000 in the summer of 2013 to have this company install new windows in my house. Already the black foam seal in sagging in more than one of these supposedly high quality windows so they look awful. Called company to have them fix and was told since over 1 year old I would actually have to pay to have the issue fixed even though just 2 years old. Unbelievable for having spent $12,000. Filed complaint with Eastern Pennsylvania Better Business Bureau.

I had many windows installed by Alco years ago and they still function perfectly. Good quality . The installers were professional, courteous, on time. The screens fit perfectly. Would definitely recommend them.

Just called to get a price for 1 window installed. The person who answered told me we only install a minimum of 5 Windows. If I want 1 it'll be $1000. I hope business never runs dry. Bad business model to turn down work.
