Oscar and his crew did a wonderful job replacing my roof right before the snow came down! I was originally looking for a resolution of a leak in my front entrance doorway, not caused by gutter issues. I’ve had three different roofers give me three different estimates, but all of them gave the same summary in a nutshell- the leak could be caused by some shingles lifting/poor installation, and the accumulation of water trickling down the roof could lead to the bad leak. However, the only way I could find out for certain was by getting a good look underneath those shingles and replacing them. Out of the three different roofers, I felt most comfortable and confident with Oscar. He was highly recommended by my co-worker and was easy to get in touch with! My wife, Jackie, and I heard about Oscar and his roofing company through a friend who raved about Oscar’s work. Well, let me tell you he didn’t disappoint! The price was better than expected compared to several other roofing companies we researched. He was friendly, kind, and professional. He did what he said he was gonna do, showed up when he said he was, He returned Phone calls and texts Better than some of my friends respond. Out of five stars, We’d give him six… You couldn’t ask for a better crew that were quiet, respectful, and diligent in their work. Writing this review after a week of nothing but rain and here I am with no more leak, and very happy we went with Alcon to do our roof! Oscar was very attentive and helpful in explaining the work that would be done to our home. Price was great, and the crew left our property as it was when they first arrived, clean! What I liked the most was the communication between Oscar and us, very transparent pricing, very detailed explanation on what was going to be done and what materials was used. He even replaced some rotting wood I had up by the chimney and showed new wood installed. If you need a roof this is your guy!!

We are very satisfied with our new roof and Gutter installation which had been done in October. Oscar responded to our inquiry right on the same day and gave us an estimate very precisely and the price is good. Oscar has professional experience and knows what exactly needed to be done for our house. On the day they began the project , Oscar went above the roof and sent us photos while his crew working on it. He would supervise his crew to do it right and perfect.
