A great Karastan carpet purchased from and installed by the team at Harry Katz Carpet One. After our interior decorator selected a beautiful carpet for our basement home theater remodel, we worked with Rick to get an estimate and pricing that worked with our budget. Rick locked in the pricing for us some months ago and after the builder completed the construction work, scheduled the installation at a time convenient for both of us. The installation team of Marino and Oscar did a wonderful job and completed the work ahead of schedule, When we needed some final touches attended to, Marino returned and quickly closed out the project. Samantha helped me every step of the way with colors and her expertise in fibers, wear and carpet grade helping me with my choices. They sent a wonderful person who measured my carpet precisely and with great confidence. The men who installed were beyond professional and listened and gave suggestions to complete the job so beautifully. This is the best place to go to for carpet. Not only did they have a wonderful selection in different price ranges, all the people there were terrific and made buying carpet easy. Samantha helped me find the right beige for my room, Cindy was great with scheduling, and the Installers/movers did a wonderful job 👍. What a wonderful experience. We were in a bind and needed carpeting to be installed immediately in order to avoid a tripping hazard for my elderly mother. The team at Harry Katz worked to find us a suitable product and it was installed less than 48 hours later! Harry Katz Carpet is an excellent business to deal with. We have had five installations done by them and each experience has been very professional and exemplary. Cindy gave us great advice on colors and types of carpet and flooring that met our needs. We have even used them to carpet the 12 floors of our two co-op buildings.
